Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and mounted on the card. You’ll also need the get in touch before hand to start the returns process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address based in Perth, WA. Please ensure you notify us of your intention to return so that it can be expected in the mail our end.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the hair ties will stretch and give a little over time and use. The tighter they're wrapped the less life you can expect from them.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (this does not include bundles) or gift cards; for example Black Friday sales.
Exchanges
In the case of customer change of mind. Please reach out to us to discuss via this contact page or email info@thegoodhairtiecompany.com
The fastest option for exchange would be to contact us and then return the item you want to return and then make a new order. Alternatively you can return the item you have and once we receive the package we will ship out your chosen replacement but will need to charge a new shipping fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
